On June 20, 2011, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), the organization that regulates the world’s Internet domain names, approved changes that will allow groups to apply for almost any TLD in almost any language. On January 12, 2012, the application window opens. But with less than three months between now and when an application can be submitted, many are wondering if there’s enough time to do it right.
